Refund policy

Returns: Beauty Brew Boutique will be happy to accept merchandise for returns in the form of online or in-store credit only! (No refunds will be issued) The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item. 

All sale items are final. NO refunds or in-store credit on sale, clearance, jewelry.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you receive your shipment.
  • Returns must be received in original, unused condition with tags ATTACHED and a copy of the original invoice or receipt.

**If an item has stains, smells of cigarette smoke, perfume, or deodorant, has animal hair, or any appearance of being worn, it will not be accepted as a return and you will be responsible for the reshipping fee. The rejected items will be shipped back at the customer's expense. We reserve the right to reject any item returned to us.

An online credit code will be emailed to you upon receipt and approval of the return for the purchase price of your item. Online credit never expires.

Once an order has been placed, the order cannot be canceled and items cannot be removed from the order.

Exchanges: Beauty Brew has limited quantities of each style so we cannot guarantee an exchange for the same item. If the style is out of stock, you will be issued an online credit code for the amount of your item(s). A receipt is required for all exchanges. Return shipping cost on exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Online credit never expires.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Damaged or defective items: if you receive an item that has been damaged, please follow these steps within 3 days of receiving your item(s)

  1.     Email us at beautybrewboutique@outlook.com with a description of the problem
  2.     Please take a photo of the damaged item(s) and attach the photo to your email. The photo must include the tag still attached to the item(s). No exceptions!
  3.     Please indicate on the subject line “damaged item”

If Beauty Brew does not receive notification that you received a damaged item within 3 days, the return will be rejected for any store credit or refund and you will be responsible for shipping costs. No exceptions.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to USPS. Therefore, we are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked “Delivered” by USPS. All orders will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. If a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise.
